Engineering company ECT SERVICE, Ltd. was found in 1991 by a team of experts from leading research & development and design institutions working in refinery and petrochemical industries (VNIPIneft, GIPROKAUCHUK, GIPROIV, VNIINP and others).
ECT SERVICE performs works of all parts of engineering cycle (feasibility study, designing, design supervision, equipment procurement) for refinery, petrochemical processes:
- Research and Pre-Design Studies, Surveys, Investment Justification Studies and Feasibility Studies.
- Development of Basic and Detailed Designs.
